  This robust, full-bodied, dry red wine is made from one of the oldest Native American grape varieties, Norton. Aged in oak for three years, it boasts a dark plum color and a rich stone fruit flavor with earthy notes, a hint of spice, and subtle undertones of chocolate and vanilla.

  With only about 30 cases, the 2021 Norton is Flying Otter’s only and final stock of this varietal, as we weren’t able to harvest much due to Michigan’s shorter growing season
